These are our Terms and Conditions that apply to all purchases from our website.
We would ask that you read them before placing an order with us. Perfect Memorabilia will always endeavour to exceed your expectations and the following is our commitment to you.
All orders must be paid with cleared funds before they can be considered as accepted. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order that we may deem unacceptable for whatever reason. On receiving your order you will receive an email confirming it’s receipt. This does not confirm our acceptance of the order which will only be completed upon delivery of the product(s). Only on this acceptance of your order is a binding contract created between us. Our company, as registered at Companies House, is Perfect Memorabilia, Unit M4, Rosemount Business Park, 143 Charles Street, Glasgow G21 2QA. We are strictly an online company and no visitors will be admitted to our premises.
2. Our Pricing Policy:
The prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. All responsibility for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our commitment to you is that our prices will never be discounted and that when you purchase from us you will purchase at the lowest price we will ever offer. Delivery charges may apply and are clearly displayed on our website.
All our credit and debit card payments are made through the secure SagePay system. SagePay have automatic checks in place to help identify any suspicious and potentially fraudulent transactions. If this is the case in your attempted purchase we will endeavour to quickly resolve any issue in contact with you the consumer and any other parties in the process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Stock Availability:
In the unlikely event that the product(s) you order are unavailable or damaged in any way we will immediately refund your payment to the card it was purchased on.
5. Delivery Conditions:
We deliver Monday-Saturday using various couriers as explained on the website. All delivery options and prices are explained in the delivery section of the website and we would ask that you consider them before your purchase. The courier companies we work with are chosen as we believe them to be reliable and expedient. If, however, there are problems with delivery we aim to overcome these issues as soon as possible. In such instances we will require to contact you, initially via email, to help resolve any problems. Once the products have been delivered they will become your property and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
Please note that any missing parcels that have been dispatched by us will be dealt with in accordance of the rules of the courier involved.
6. Rights of Cancellation and Returns
The legislation contained in The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation an Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, effective from June 13, 2014, allows for consumers in the UK with the right to cancel an order for products at any time up to the end of 14 days following the day on which the products were received. Our company increases this for you to 45 days from date of receipt of your item(s). If you find returns are necessary for whatever reason we would ask that you inform us at your earliest convenience by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We would ask that you provide us with the original invoice or other proof of purchase.
On return of the unwanted purchase in satisfactory condition we will issue a full refund to the card from which the purchase was made.
7. Our Description of Products:
Due to the bespoke nature of our memorabilia products you will find small variations in signature style and placement. Likewise in some framed items there may be slight variations on badge positioning, numbering or lettering. This should not diminish your enjoyment of your purchase and we will be happy to comment on any of your concerns.
All descriptions including sizes of products will be listed accurately. If you find any issue otherwise we ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience.
8. Damaged/defective goods and/or incorrect fulfilment of your order:
If in the unlikely event the product(s) you receive are damaged or incorrect we will replace or refund as soon as we receive them at our warehouse. We will arrange and pay for any returns required.
If your product(s) are not received in the time expected we would again ask that you contact us that we may investigate as quickly as possible.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
10. No Variation or Representation:
Nothing said by our sales personnel shall amount to a variation of these Terms and Conditions or a representation about the nature or quality of our products.
11. Third Party Rights:
We may transfer our rights under the contract, but otherwise nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.
Perfect Memorabilia engage with all rights holders in creating our memorabilia and under no circumstance may any individual or company reproduce or in any way copy our images or products. Anyone doing so will be open to a legal challenge from both our company and any further rights holders as they deem fit.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Your order and the subsequent contract shall be completed in accordance with Scottish law and the corresponding laws in which any breach of these conditions may take place.
